感謝您造訪 Wowitisken 平台（以下簡稱「本平台」）。本服務條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）適用於您對本平台所有網站、應用程式、功能（如 DeuRead, SeedPal, VoiceMate 等）之造訪與使用。當您造訪本網站或使用其服務時，即代表您同意接受本條款之拘束。如果您不同意本條款，請立即停止使用本平台。

1. 服務內容與免責聲明

本平台提供多樣化的教育、休閒及語言學習工具（Progressive Web Apps, PWA）。

• 我們的免費版包含廣告投放，並可能有限制部分高級功能。
• 免責聲明：所有服務均依「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供。我們不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤或安全無虞。對於使用者因使用或無法使用本平台服務而產生的任何直接、間接、偶發或衍生損害，本平台概不負責。

2. 付費訂閱與加值服務

本平台的部分應用程式提供月度/年度付費訂閱服務（Pro/Premium 方案）。

• 金流與交易：所有付費訂閱均透過合規的第三方金流服務商（包括綠界科技 ECPay、Stripe 或 LINE Pay）進行授權扣款。當您訂閱服務時，即代表您同意授權我們透過您選擇的金流服務商，按您的訂閱週期（每月或每年）扣取相應費用。
• 續訂與自動扣款：除非您在當前計費週期結束前取消訂閱，否則您的訂閱將會自動按月或按年續訂並扣款。您可隨時透過會員中心或聯絡客服取消您的續訂設定。

3. 智慧財產權

本平台之所有內容，包括但不限於文字、程式碼、UI 設計、商標、標誌、3D 模型、音樂、TTS 語音等，均屬於 Wowitisken 及原創作者之智慧財產。未經我們明確的書面授權，您不得複製、重製、散佈、進行反向工程或將任何內容用於非授權的商業用途。

4. 使用者行為規範

您同意僅出於合法且符合道德標準之目的使用本服務。在使用過程中，您不得有以下行為：

• 利用任何漏洞、外掛、自動腳本（如惡意網頁爬蟲）對本平台進行非正常存取。
• 破壞、干擾或過載本平台的伺服器、網路基礎設施。
• 意圖竊取、破解其他使用者的訂閱憑證。

5. 條款終止與修改

我們保留隨時修改本服務條款之權利。修改後的條款將於本頁面公佈，不另行個別通知。您在條款修改後繼續使用本平台服務，即視為您已同意並接受修改後的服務條款。

6. 準據法與管轄法院

本條款之解釋、效力及履行，悉依中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因本條款或使用本平台服務所生之任何爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Thank you for using Wowitisken ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications (including DeuRead, SeedPal, VoiceMate), and services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Description of Service & Disclaimer

We provide various interactive educational, entertainment, and productivity tools in the form of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

• Free versions of our apps are supported by advertising and might have certain limitations on premium features.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, safety, or error-free operation of our services. Under no circumstances shall the Platform be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

2. Paid Subscriptions and billing

We offer subscription-based upgrades (Pro and Premium plans) on certain apps.

• Payment Gateways: All billing and payments are securely handled by legal third-party payment processors (e.g., ECPay, Stripe, LINE Pay). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method recurringly (monthly or annually) according to your chosen plan.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials on this Platform, including but not limited to texts, source code, UI designs, trademarks, logos, 3D models, graphics, and custom audio/TTS voices are the intellectual property of Wowitisken and its licensors. You may not distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or use any content for unauthorized commercial purposes without our written consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful and ethical purposes. You shall not:

• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer, or scrape content via automated scripts.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt our hosting servers or network infrastructures.
• Attempt to forge premium subscription tokens or credentials.

5. Termination and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of our Platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court in Taiwan.
